The most common reason for this occurring is that your wireless internet connection has lost its signal. As a secure website, bSpace must maintain a constant connection with your computer. If this connection is broken, even briefly, bSpace must once again verify the user of the account.

Please note that bSpace has an automatic log out time of 1 hour. If you do not click anything in bSpace for 1 hour, you will automatically be logged out and must log in again. For this reason, it is recommended that you do not compose anything of exceptional length within bSpace. Writing in Word and then copying and pasting into bSpace will help you avoid losing anything significant.
